The Associate Experience Collaboration Integration Team is seeking a Senior Manager of Project Management who is passionate about solving challenging and novel business problems, masterfully managing cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring well-managed delivery. In this exciting role, you will lead strategic, high-priority work in support of the Discover Integration with Capital One's collaboration platforms. From day one, you will own critical responsibilities and collaborate with passionate, forward-thinking peers to deliver exceptional results. What You'll Do:

• Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to teams, peers, and direct reports
• Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment, revising requirements as needed to meet shifting goals
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation and governance to proactively manage risks and guarantee on-time delivery
• Leverage strong customer-back problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure project execution not only aligns with business intent, but also delivers a great customer experience
• Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to project customers and cross-functional teams to drive seamless delivery
• Build strong relationships and leverage outstanding communication skills to inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels across the company
• Develop scalable frameworks for managing work that can be replicated for future integrations

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• At least 8 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• 9+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
