Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work while primarily focusing on the school setting. You will be joining a dedicated team that operates from Monday to Friday, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. However, flexibility is key; occasional evening and weekend shifts may be required based on the urgent needs of the students and the school’s operational demands. On-call availability may also be necessary to address urgent mental health situations, ensuring continuous support for our student body.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments by collecting detailed personal histories, identifying key presenting concerns, and evaluating risk factors affecting each student.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with students, ensuring that their individual mental health challenges and goals are central to our approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to effectively address a variety of mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, promoting personal growth, emotional management, and strong coping mechanisms to foster resilience.

• Engage in close collaboration with a network of mental health professionals—such as psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure comprehensive care that meets the holistic needs of each student.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse student population that includes children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges.
