Key Responsibilities\n

As a Full-Time LCSW at Main Street Health Center PC, your responsibilities will include:

• Completing timely documentation and record-keeping for each client, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Managing a schedule that includes coordinating ongoing appointments, maintaining an organized calendar to facilitate seamless service delivery.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes and ensure that all client interactions surpass specified standards of care.

• Utilizing a third-party billing service to manage claims, client accounts, and insurance-related tasks, which allows you to focus solely on therapeutic work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic ranges widely, encompassing individuals across all ages facing a variety of clinical presentations, including addiction, depression, anxiety, and relational issues. As a remote therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing teletherapy sessions, offering compassionate guidance and evidence-based interventions tailored to their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• Master’s or higher degree in Clinical Social Work or a related field, with a license to practice independently as an LCSW.
