Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information on clients’ mental health history, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that define clear objectives and interventions based on each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and establishing safety plans to protect client well-being.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and legal standards for mental health documentation.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups, creating an inclusive environment for skill development and peer support.
