Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients entering the detox program to evaluate psychological and emotional needs.

• Develop, implement, and refine individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges and recovery goals.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support patients dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Swiftly conduct crisis interventions as necessary, ensuring patient safety and providing immediate support during high-stress situations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate and confidential records.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and nurses, to coordinate holistic patient care.

• Actively participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision, and training sessions to enhance skills, share knowledge, and stay informed on emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients undergoing detoxification from substances such as alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive yearly salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
