Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health strengths, vulnerabilities, and needs.

• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Craft personalized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that inform clients about coping strategies and mental health resources.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance integrated care, including crisis intervention and safety planning.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients in our Detox Center, who may be grappling with substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
