Location: Horsham, PA 19044 (On-site)
Pay: $64.27/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM + alternating weekends
Type: Full-time
Start: ASAP (priority to candidates who can start immediately)

Job Summary

A-Line Staffing is hiring an experienced  LTC Pharmacist for a leading  closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Horsham, PA. This is a great opportunity for a Pennsylvania-licensed pharmacist seeking a consistent daytime schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications accurately
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Monitor patient medication compliance and identify potential overuse or drug-related issues
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy documentation
• Counsel providers/patients on medication use, dosing, storage, side effects, and interactions
• Compound medications (including sterile preparations as needed)
• Maintain inventory of medications and pharmaceutical supplies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to resolve medication-related concerns
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and other support staff

Qualifications

• Active  Pharmacist license in the State of Pennsylvania (required)
• PharmD (required)
• Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work alternating weekends
• Must be able to start ASAP
