What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU and newborn nursery
• Manage high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Support care continuity from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Support a team-oriented, patient-centered approach
• Work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license
• Prior NICU experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible 16- and 24-hour shifts
• Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
