Senior Construction Project Manager - Big Box Retail Construction

Job Description

Seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven General Contractor experience managing multi-site Big Box Retail rollouts . The role oversees multiple projects, budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, client relationships, and MEP coordination.

Requirements:

5+ years of project management experience
Must have GC-side Big Box Retail multi-site rollout experience
Strong commercial construction and MEP knowledge
Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and project financials
Strong subcontractor, vendor, and client management
Experience working with local municipalities
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
Strong leadership and team development skills
BS in Construction Management, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
PMP and OSHA 30 preferred
