We're looking for a Rental Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team at Salt Lake City International Airport . This full-time position combines customer service, sales, vehicle rentals, and airport operations in an environment where you'll interact with travelers throughout the day.

Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, sales, hotel services, transportation, or customer service , this is an opportunity to develop valuable communication and sales skills while learning the rental car business.

Your Role

You'll help customers navigate the rental experience while making sure each transaction is accurate, efficient, and professional.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers with vehicle rentals, pickups, returns, and rental questions
• Review customer needs and help select appropriate rental vehicles
• Explain rental rates, vehicle choices, optional protection products, upgrades, and additional services
• Look for appropriate sales and upgrade opportunities while providing helpful recommendations
• Complete rental agreements and verify customer and payment information
• Process rental transactions and payments accurately
• Address customer concerns and work toward practical solutions
• Maintain accurate rental and customer records
• Follow company procedures and airport operating requirements
• Communicate with coworkers and other departments to keep daily rental operations moving smoothly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
• No more than two accidents/incidents within the previous three years
• Applicants under 21 must have a clean driving record
• Must be available to work weekends
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to remain professional when handling stressful or challenging customer situations
