Key responsibilities Handle warm inbound leads and support families through the sales process Guide families in making confident decisions regarding cremation options Manage returning leads and follow-up conversations across various communication channels Required qualifications 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets Strong sales instincts and phone presence, capable of guiding conversations effectively Clear spoken and written English communication skills Self-driven and results-focused with the ability to manage follow-up rhythms independently Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRMs
