We are recruiting for an attorney who has at least 5 years of experience with Labor & Employment Law and is able to work onsite, meet with clients, collaborate with the Managing Partner and truly enjoys advocating for the client and obtaining the best result possible. Requirements Member of the Florida Bar 5 or more years of employment law experience Strong legal research and writing skills Responsibilities Drafts non-compete agreements, separation agreements, and handles matters dealing with unpaid/underpaid wages, discrimination, harassment and whistleblower claims.
