Business Development Manager - Market Maker & Order Flow Partnerships [Remote]

We run an institutional partnerships program that offers sophisticated clients — HNIs, family offices, prop desks, and small funds — structured trading opportunities on our platform. The program is live, and we're now scaling it. We're looking for a dedicated BD/Sales professional to own that growth end to end: sourcing participants, closing them, and managing relationships through onboarding and beyond. This is a hunter role with direct, measurable P&L impact.

● Build and own the pipeline of prospective program participants — HNIs, family offices, prop trading desks, small hedge funds, and quant teams — in India and among NRIs in hubs such as Dubai, Singapore, and London

● Pitch the program to a sophisticated, quantitatively-minded audience and take prospects from first conversation to signed agreement

● Work with the trading desk to structure commercial terms for each participant, and with legal/compliance on agreements ● Coordinate onboarding with our engineering and trade-ops teams

● Manage ongoing relationships: monitor participant activity, fill quality, and satisfaction; identify expansion opportunities; handle escalations

● Represent us at trading and crypto industry events, conferences, and community forums to build the program's brand

● Feed market intelligence back to product and trading leadership — what participants want, what competitors offer, where the program should evolve

● 4–8 years in institutional sales, business development, or client coverage in trading or financial markets — e.g., exchange/broker institutional desks, OTC desks, prime services, market maker partnerships, PMS/AIF distribution, or wealth management covering trading-oriented clients

● An existing, demonstrable network among HNIs, family offices, prop traders, or fund managers in India and/or NRI hubs

● Solid understanding of derivatives, market microstructure, and market making economics — you can hold your own in conversations about spreads, fill rates, adverse selection, and risk transfer

● Comfort with quantitative commercial discussions and structuring bespoke deals

● Crypto/digital assets market familiarity is a strong plus; genuine curiosity about it is a must

● Self-starter comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment; willing to travel for client meetings and events

● Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a quantitative field; MBA or CFA a plus

● NISM/relevant capital-markets certifications a plus

● Fluency in English; additional Indian languages an advantage for regional HNI coverage.

● Own and scale a live, revenue-generating program from an established base — not a cold start

● Direct visibility of your impact: participant count, flow allocated, and program P&L are all measurable

● Work directly with trading and engineering leadership at one of India's leading crypto derivatives platforms
