Project Manager - IT Services and Operations

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for overseeing the daily operational execution, collaborating with project teams, and acting as the principal point of coordination and communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage daily IT service delivery to ensure alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with support teams to optimize service performance, availability, and capacity and manage relationships with third-party vendors or service providers. Provide periodic service reports to stakeholders. Drive service improvements to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with ITSM teams to address process, training, and policy gaps. Lead and mentor teams, promoting accountability and continuous learning. Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years experience in IT service delivery, service management, or a related role. Proficiency in English language is essential for this position. Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (ITIL certification preferred). Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms. Strong sense of responsibility, results orientation and proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems. Preferred Skills Possession of ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification or a higher level certification is advantageous. Experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or DevOps, with a solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Benefits Competitive salary & benefits package.
