Responsibilities Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Mow, trim, and prune to keep the exterior environment pristine. Work alongside associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance. Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, state levels. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping. 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Vocational or Technical Certification or 2 years’ experience in Mechanical Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, or Construction and/or related field. Associate’s Degree or similar certification in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related field. Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) certification. Project Management Professional certification. Compensation Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, level of job offer, and other job‑related factors. The hourly wage range for this position is $25.00 – $46.00, with additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances.
