Senior Analyst

We are partnered with a leading hyperscale data center operator, backed by major institutional capital, with one of the largest operating portfolios in the US. They are looking to hire a Senior Analyst to join their Markets team - the group that owns the financial performance of the operating portfolio, working hand-in-hand with operations leadership. Key Responsibilities: Own financial reporting and analysis across a portfolio of operating data centers Manage budgets, reforecasts, and variance analysis at site and market level Track P&L and NOI performance, partnering with operations teams to drive outcomes Build and maintain reporting that informs decisions at market and portfolio level Support annual planning and business reviews across the operating platform Requirements: Experience in operations finance, FP&A, asset management, or portfolio finance Strong financial modeling and analytical skills - comfort owning numbers end-to-end Background in data centers, real estate, infrastructure, or other operating-asset environments preferred Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and commercial teams Why Join: Financial ownership of real operating assets - not support work Direct partnership with operations leadership across a hyperscale portfolio Dallas-based with a platform in active growth #J-18808-Ljbffr GH Engage
