Receptionist PositionWe're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role involves essential administrative responsibilities that support daily operations and help maintain a smooth-running office environment.Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly mannerSort and distribute incoming mail and assist with outgoing mail and package handlingRestock office and kitchen supplies to ensure common areas remain organized and well-stockedProvide excellent customer service and assist with client interactions as neededPerform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and office supportAssist with day-to-day office operations and special projects as assignedPerform other duties as needed to support the Office Manager and team operationsQualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyFriendly, welcoming demeanor with a customer-focused approachPrevious experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferredMS Office (Excel, Word) experience
