We strive to provide our employees with an experience focused on supporting their physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing.Competitive salaryPaid vacation/holidays/sick timeComprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental, and vision careOn the job/cross training opportunitiesEncouraging and collaborative team environmentDedication to safety through our Zero Harm policyJob DescriptionWhat you will doProduct Non-conformance ManagementMaintain the identification, segregation, documentation, and disposition of nonconforming product within the DC.Ensure no nonconforming product is shipped without formal approval.Track trends in damages, mislabels, and packaging issues.Customer Complaint Management (Shipping & Transportation)Lead investigations for:Shipping errorsMissing or incorrect itemsPackaging failuresTransportation damageApply structured problem-solving (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).Define and follow up on corrective actions with Operations, Logistics, and Carriers.Communicate complaint status and risks to internal stakeholders.Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)Maintain DC-specific procedures, work instructions, and records.Coordinate internal audit schedules and support external audits.Ensure document control and compliance with ISO requirements.Internal Audits & Process DisciplinePlan and execute internal audits for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.Document findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.Validate adherence to Standard Work and packaging standards.Continuous Improvement & LeanImplement Lean tools (5S, standardization, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen) in warehouse processes.Analyze data to reduce:Shipping errorsTransportation damageRework and repackingCost of Poor Quality (COPQ)Support cross-functional improvement projects.Problem Solving & Risk PreventionLead root-cause analysis for internal defects and customer complaints.Validate effectiveness of corrective actions through data and audits.Identify risks in packaging, labeling, handling, and storage processes.Training & Quality CultureTrain warehouse personnel on:Defect detectionPackaging standardsEscalation processesHandling of nonconforming productQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering3+ years of quality engineering experienceExperience in manufacturing quality, logistic process, or related technical roles.Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.Proficiency in problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, A3 etc.).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in HVAC, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing environments.Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC.Experience with supplier defect notificationsLean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred).Additional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veteransBosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
