About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive leadership team. The COO will be a key driver of operational excellence, enterprise scalability, and commercial execution, with a focus on aligning the firm's day-to-day global operating platform with its strategic goals. This role requires a leader with a strong background in operational leadership within the financial services sector, particularly in asset management, investment management, or wealth management. The successful candidate will be responsible for modernizing operating and technology infrastructure, driving enterprise AI and data transformation, and ensuring the efficiency, resiliency, and strong controls of back office and administrative functions. The COO will also be involved in supporting strategic initiatives such as M&A, partnerships, and new business launches, and will be expected to build and lead a high-performing team that fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive operational leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
