Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples and families, tailoring treatment approaches to meet each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions to address personal challenges while integrating family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients dealing with issues such as alcohol or substance abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and family conflicts.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring progress is monitored and adjusted as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, implementing appropriate strategies to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Engage in team collaboration, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to enhance client care and improve therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including both adults and children/adolescents, addressing various complexities such as grief, separation and divorce, blended family adjustments, job stress, and communication difficulties. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting families through their challenges and helping them achieve healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
