Other major job duties include:Performs damaged sheet metal and body repairs. remove, replace, or repair body parts using hand and power toolsDocuments all repair and maintenance actions on work ordersEnsures vehicle security and safety while in the shopProvides written estimates of repair when requestedAuto Body Shop Mechanic Qualifications:Valid driver's licenseMust have your own toolsAuto Body & Collision Damage repair certificates preferred1-2 years of experience within an auto body repair facilityASE credentials or ability to obtain (we pay for material and testing)Subject to DOT drug testing.
