• Six-month assignment with potential to extend to one year

• Established multidisciplinary endocrinology and diabetes team

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: Initial 6-month assignment with potential extension

• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
\n
• Setting: Ambulatory Outpatient Endocrinology Clinic
\n
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (4x10s) or flexible 5x8s
\n
• Call: None
\n
• Weekends: None
\n
• Patient Volume: 16‚Äì20 patients per day
\n
• EMR: Epic
### Clinical Details \n
• Outpatient endocrinology and diabetes management
\n
• New patient evaluations
\n
• Hospital discharge follow-up visits
\n
• Established patient follow-up care
\n
• Comprehensive diabetes management
\n
• Collaborative practice with 11 endocrinologists and 4 APPs
\n
• Thyroid FNA experience welcomed but not required
\n
• Onsite Certified Diabetes Educators providing diabetes education, pump training, and nutrition support
### Requirements \n
• Board Certified in Endocrinology
\n
• Active Maine license or Active IMLC Letter of Qualification preferred (licensing candidates considered)
\n
• Epic EMR experience
\n
• Thyroid FNA experience preferred
\n
• Two supervisor references and one peer reference from the past 12 months
\n
• COVID and influenza vaccination
\n
