Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies, conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and thorough documentation.

• Engage with various therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ unique situations, helping them address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Regularly participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work closely with a diverse population of clients, many of whom have limited access to traditional mental health services. You will treat clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
