Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized therapeutic plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to groups, families, couples, and individuals.

• Utilize a range of modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on comprehensive client care.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay current with mental health trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals and families with limited access to mental health services. You will work with a diverse population, addressing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse. You will be instrumental in providing support and guidance to those seeking direction and understanding in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas is mandatory.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling.
\n
• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
