Schedule: Nights & Evenings (Rotating Weekends)

Position Overview

Join a 383-bed acute care hospital laboratory performing stat and routine testing across Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology. This role requires independent judgment, strong critical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Florida Medical Technologist License (minimum 3 lab areas required)
• ASCP certification preferred
• Associate's degree in Medical Technology (Bachelor's preferred)
• 3+ years of hospital laboratory experience Required
• Blood Bank experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently and covering all lab sections
