We're looking for driven, self-motivated people who want their paycheck to reflect their effort. No ceiling on your income, and no experience required. We'll train the right people.

Position: Home Remodeling Sales

This is a roofing sales position with real earning power. Meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, explain options, and close sales. With average commissions of $1,000-$3,000 per sale , a few deals a month adds up fast.

What Our Reps Earn

Average Reps: $100,000-$150,000
Strong Performers: $150,000-$250,000
Top Reps: $250,000-$350,000+

Sales or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
