Clearwater Shower Bath is expanding into the Treasure Coast, and we're looking for experienced, motivated sales professionals to help us grow our newest territory.

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in upgrading their shower or bathtub.

You'll guide them through a personalized consultation, evaluate their existing space, and use our 3D design technology to help them visualize a beautiful, functional new bathroom.

Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while confidently closing the sale during the appointment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct 2–3 scheduled in-home consultations per day
• Build rapport and identify homeowners' needs, preferences, and budgets
• Evaluate existing shower and bathtub spaces
• Recommend customized remodeling solutions
• Present product options, project pricing, and available financing
• Use 3D design software to create engaging customer presentations
• Address questions and objections while communicating product value
• Close sales and complete accurate contracts, measurements, and documentation
• Follow our established sales process and meet performance expectations

Who We're Looking For

Experience in home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, flooring, automotive, furniture, or other high-ticket sales environments is preferred.

Bathroom remodeling experience is not required. We provide the product knowledge, training, and tools. You bring the sales ability.

Schedule & Requirements

This is a field-based position serving homeowners throughout the Treasure Coast territory .

Because appointments are scheduled around homeowner availability, flexibility is essential.

Requirements:

• Availability for daytime, evening, and Saturday appointments
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to appointments throughout the territory
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Personal iPad compatible with company-provided 3D design software
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
