Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mood disorders, including evaluating symptoms in terms of duration and severity.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.

• Provide ongoing education and support to both clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and coping strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment modalities as needed based on detailed evaluations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team consultations and case reviews, contributing insights and feedback to enhance service delivery.

• Actively promote mental health awareness within the community, advocating for resources and support for those in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on families and individuals navigating the complexities of mental health issues. You will engage with a broad spectrum of patients, including children, adolescents, couples, and adult clients facing disorders such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be vital in guiding these clients through their emotional journeys, fostering resilience and healthy relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
