Junior Relationship Manager Full Time Corporate Office, Irvine, CA, US Position Overview The Junior Relationship Manager (Non-QM Wholesaler) will have a great personality, team player, and customer service attitude. Junior Relationship Manager is required to build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Provide hospitality-level of service to all clients and team members Help facilitate new brokers relationships with American Heritage Lending Inc (AHL). Educate mortgage brokers with loan products, pricing, and technology and remain a constant resource, as needed Master internal functions and processes in order to successfully train Brokers on handling loans from Submission through Closing Speak and correspond with Brokers on a consistent basis to ensure their utmost satisfaction Reach out and prospect new Broker business through email campaigns and calls Address and resolve Broker questions and/or concerns in a timely manner Communicates and work with AHL Account Managers as necessary to ensure desired production results Monitor and help improve Broker performances and communicate results with AHL Leadership Attend and participate in internal Trainings and meetings to stay informed on AHL processes and guidelines Experience & Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 1+ years' experience in wholesale mortgage lending sales experience preferred Ability to conduct and attend web meetings and conference calls including presentations Basic knowledge Non-QM; Bridge, DSCR-Business Purpose, Fix/Flip Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint programs Proficient with Encompass/LON Essential Mental & Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
