Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Applied Behavior Analyst. Services are delivered in community and residential settings.

This role is ideal for professionals who are reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality, ethical behavioral services.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Collect and record objective behavioral data
Implement skill acquisition programs
Utilize positive reinforcement and function-based interventions
Support functional communication training (FCT)
Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members
Complete required documentation in a timely manner
Participate in supervision and team meetings

Qualifications

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
High School Diploma (Bachelors preferred)
1+ year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Reliable transportation and valid NJ drivers license
Ability to pass background screening
