Behavior Technician Helping Children Reach New Goals
$22 - $32 per hourOne Step Forward ABA
Every child learns differently, and every milestone matters.
One Step Forward is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one on one ABA therapy services to children in Jefferson Township, Oak Ridge, and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children while helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through individualized ABA programs. If you enjoy working with children and want a role where you can make a meaningful impact while building your ABA experience, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing- Provide direct one on one ABA therapy sessions
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Run skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Use evidence based ABA strategies including reinforcement, prompting, shaping, and behavior intervention techniques
- Support communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
- Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress
- $22-$32 per hour based on experience
- Consistent after school caseloads
- Ongoing BCBA supervision and support
- Structured ABA programs with clear expectations
- Opportunity to continue growing within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA, Behavior Technician, or RBT experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
