Behavior Technician
Every child learns differently, and every milestone matters.
One Step Forward is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one on one ABA therapy services to children in Jefferson Township, Oak Ridge, and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children while helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through individualized ABA programs.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide direct one on one ABA therapy sessions
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Run skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Use evidence based ABA strategies including reinforcement, prompting, shaping, and behavior intervention techniques
- Support communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
- Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress
