Associate - Washington, D.C.

TLG is seeking an Associate in Washington, D.C. Responsibilities include conducting insightful research, scheduling and other administrative tasks, issue tracking, writing and editing communications collateral for a wide range of stakeholders, developing media lists, monitoring media for clients on a broad portfolio of reputation and brand issues at the intersection of media, business, policy, and the law.
 
A bachelor’s degree is required, and 1-3 years of experience in legislative, communications, consulting, finance, or legal environments is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent writing and research capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. A professional, client-ready demeanor is essential.

This role requires the ability to operate independently while consistently delivering well-organized work, anticipating client needs, and contributing meaningfully to strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive, diligent, and solutions-driven team player with a demonstrated ability to translate research into actionable insights.
