THE POSITION Location: Wayzata, MN (55391) Hours: Days Saturday & Sundays 8- 10- or 12-hour shifts *flexible Evenings Monday through Friday 4- or 5-hour shifts Client Specifics: 11-years old with a g-tube and autism diagnosis Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
