Responsibilities Lead the global strategy and execution of integrated talent programs Design and implement a fully integrated, enterprise-wide approach to talent programs Develop and deliver leadership development programs Establish standards and frameworks for talent planning Drive consistent, enterprise-wide standards for promotions Integrate AI and emerging technologies into talent management and learning strategies Design and implement global career frameworks Lead accountability routines with the Board, CEO, and executive leadership team Requirements 15+ years of HR executive leadership experience 8+ years leading both Talent Management and DIE&B functions within large, global organizations 12+ years of people leadership experience Deep expertise in executive talent management, succession planning, and executive selection Strong background in organizational design and development Demonstrated strength in learning and development Strong business acumen, with excellent project management skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and strong analytical capabilities Certification in assessment tools preferred Deep understanding of modern HR technology ecosystems Experience leveraging external talent market insights and benchmarking #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
