Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, developing regional strategies, hiring and training staff, and analyzing performance data to improve productivity and ensure company goals are met. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement plans to achieve regional sales quotas and drive revenue growth. Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives. Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales statistics, monitor field activity, and conduct performance evaluations. Relationship Management: Build relationships with key clients and maintain consistent brand/marketing standards across locations. Operational Oversight: Manage territory budgets, inventory requirements, and product launches. Required Skills and Qualifications Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
