Practice includes: Vitreo-retinal Surgeon, Cataract Surgeon/Glaucoma Specialist, Oculoplastics Ophthalmologist, 3 General Ophthalmologists and an Optometrist Hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital and Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital Employed full-time position with Northwestern Medicine Successful and expanding multi-specialty physician group that promotes a collegial work environment, physician success, and compassionate care within a physician driven team EPIC electronic health record system wide Qualifications
