Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Naperville, IL

Qualifications:

• Eligible for (or currently hold) Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Preferably 1-2 years of SLP experience
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is required
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Flexible, solution-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver speech-language therapy services addressing assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language, articulation, voice, and feeding
• Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing; interpret results thoughtfully
• Develop thorough, insightful assessment reports and document student progress
• Provide therapy and support to students ages 2-22 with varying needs
• Design and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives
• Engage with parents and educational teams to ensure optimal student support
