The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to executives, assist with managing schedules, prepare expense reports, and oversee administrative tasks. Other key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, maintaining communication between departments, and ensuring seamless daily operations for the leadership team. The role requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.QualificationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative AssistanceExperience with preparing and managing Expense ReportsStrong Executive Support and Communication skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrityProficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and scheduling applicationsPrevious experience in a corporate or executive administrative role is preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
