This senior executive will be tasked with redefining and implementing a people strategy that aligns with the company's values of excellence, compassion, and purpose. The CHRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the shaping of enterprise strategy through workforce planning, leadership development, and fostering a culture of engagement and effectiveness.
