Manager, Digital Marketing

Location: Hybrid (Office Location – Schaumburg, IL)

What You'll Do:

Relate Search has partnered with a mission-driven professional organization in their search for a Manager, Digital Marketing to lead strategic, data-driven digital initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will oversee social media, email, paid media, and marketing automation efforts to drive engagement and revenue growth. The Manager will shape digital strategy, establish performance metrics, and lead a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize digital marketing strategies across social media, email, paid media, and search to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.

• Lead social media strategy and execution, including content development, community engagement, paid promotion, analytics, and reporting.

• Oversee data-driven email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance optimization.

• Establish KPIs and maintain a comprehensive marketing scorecard, measuring results across digital channels and optimizing based on performance data.

• Manage and develop a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist while partnering with Marketing, Communications, IT, and Finance on vendor management and marketing technology initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

• 7+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on digital marketing strategy and execution.

• 3+ years of experience supervising professional staff and/or agency partners.

• Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua), and social media management platforms.

• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
