Product Manager

Abbott seeks a Product Manager for the Cancer Diagnostics Division in Madison to define product solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. The role involves gathering business requirements, managing product roadmaps, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions and customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and business teams to translate user and business needs into structured requirements
- Facilitate product roadmap development and drive cross-functional team coordination on work delivery
- Define acceptance criteria, KPIs, and metrics to measure product success and monitor performance
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering, design, and engineering teams to ensure product quality and successful launches
- Maintain product documentation and participate in implementation phases, including design reviews and SOPs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in product management or related duties
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Understanding of software development processes and ability to work in matrixed environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer relationship management ability
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, define KPIs, and make data-driven decisions
