Manage a portfolio of projects, addressing space acquisition, budgeting, scheduling, estimation, and cost control. Oversee construction, space reconfiguration, tenant outfitting, and furniture logistics. Ensure building upkeep and general management of client facilities. Assist with special projects such as food bank collection, copier paper distribution, and recycling initiatives. Transport and manage vehicles and equipment, including maintenance of motorized and electric carts. Coordinate accessories and minor repairs for furnishings, equipment, and appliances. Qualifications At least four years of experience in facility management support activities. Strong English language proficiency, both verbal and written. Experience with furniture assembly/disassembly and transportation of 40–60 lb. items. Proficiency with general hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, drill, voltmeter, vacuum cleaner). Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to drive agency vehicles with automatic transmission. Physical capability to lift, carry, and move heavy items; ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods. Knowledge of small construction jobs, remodeling trades, and basic building trades (painting, door installation, wiring, etc.). Ability to verify materials against documents, manage inventory, and report discrepancies. Pass a DHS suitability background investigation and hold secret clearance. Consent to background checks and potential clearance sponsorship by the government or client. Willingness to accommodate reasonable requests for accommodations during the employment process.
