This position supports one to two classrooms in the Oroville and Paradise area, offering both in-person and potential virtual flexibility. What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy
- Ability to provide in-person services two days weekly; open to candidates interested in virtual roles
- Eligible to supervise SLPA staff or eager to develop supervision skills
- Previous work with diverse student populations is a plus
- Must hold (or be eligible for) California SLP licensure
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students in 1-2 classrooms
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions, either in-person or virtually, to support individual student goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to develop IEPs and provide comprehensive care
- Supervise, mentor, and support SLPA as needed
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports
- Communicate with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding student progress and strategies
