Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field required
• Valid California SLP license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
• Previous experience in a school environment or with K-12 populations is a plus
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs across K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and school initiatives
• Utilize current best practices and technology to enhance student outcomes
