What We Offer Compensation: 12-month base salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $270,000 Salary range of established physicians: $270,000 - $320,000/yr 36 patient hours over a 4 day workweek Signing bonus/Relocation/Loan repayment assistance PTO, CME, 401K / Roth Program Physician autonomy with strong admin & group support Light, shared call(no hospital call) Leadership development and mentorship opportunities Support from Oregon’s largest independent medical group Required Qualifications & Abilities Highly engaged MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Passionate about whole-person, community-based care Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices Excellent oral and written communication skills Respect for patient confidentiality Compassionate and approachable Responsible and trustworthy Attend work regularly and on time Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
