Quality Management Documentation Optimization Intern - Summer 2026

Position Summary Quality Management Documentation Optimization Intern (Summer 2026, 10–12 weeks, onsite Raritan, NJ). Students will present, review, create, and revise documentation within the quality system, collaborating across functional groups. The internship is mentored, with real project contribution. Responsibilities Review, edit, and create documentation (batch records, specifications, procedures, work instructions, SOPs) to provide clear and correct instructions. Interview and confer with SMEs in cross—functional groups; observe production and experimental activities to develop or revise documentation content for completeness and correctness. Manage documentation, change order, and change control processes within the change management system. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Field of study: Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or Life Sciences. Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word required; Excel and Visio preferred). Strong knowledge of English language; proper spelling, grammar, and composition necessary. Must be able to create detailed, accurate instructions in content and format. At least 18 years old. Currently enrolled full—time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, Fall 2026, at an accredited university or college (minimum GPA 3.0). Must be able to complete a consecutive 10–12 week internship. Work authorization in the United States at the time of hire and maintained during employment. Rising Junior or Senior preferred; background in science, engineering, or manufacturing helpful. Work Environment No strenuous physical activity; occasional light lifting of files. Approximately 30% of time in meetings, team collaboration, or phone; 70% at a desk working on computer. Salary Transparency The salary range is based on education, experience, skill, location, and internal equity. For this internship: Freshman/Rising Sophomore: $18.00/hr; Sophomore/Rising Junior: $20.00/hr; Junior/Rising Senior: $23.00–26.00/hr; Senior (Fall 2024 enrollment): $25.00–28.00/hr; Graduate/MBD/PhD: $28.00–30.00/hr.
