About Our Team A talented and motivated group that shares a passion for senior care Outstanding leadership support Culture of creating a safe, comfortable, and inclusive work environment What You Will Do Plan and implement a well‑rounded and stimulating program of activities for seniors that fosters a positive atmosphere and meets the spiritual, cultural, physical, intellectual, and social needs of residents both inside and outside the community. Organize, conduct, and evaluate planned activities. Supervise activities/transportation staff, if applicable; provide training; set and adjust rates of pay and hours of work. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of experience working with the elderly. At least one year of experience providing planned activities or completion/enrollment in an appropriate education or training program. Valid First Aid Certification. Valid license to drive a passenger vehicle, state‑required licenses, and a clean motor‑vehicle record. Availability for weekend coverage and on‑call emergency situations on a rotating basis. Preferred Qualifications Activities Certification if state mandated. Bilingual (Mandarin) preferred.
