About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for an Accounting Advisory role with a focus on client engagements in core controllership and finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end client engagements, including various financial processes and advising on situational needs such as first-time audit readiness, transactional accounting, and complex technical accounting. This role also involves conducting detailed financial analysis, executing diligence, and providing strategic accounting guidance in line with industry standards. The VP will be expected to develop data models, reports, and dashboards to offer data-driven insights, as well as to mentor and coach junior team members. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or professional certification preferred. An active CPA license is required, along with a minimum of six years' experience in financial consulting, advisory services, or audit, particularly in transaction-driven, capital markets, or private equity-backed environments. The role demands a deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles, financial reporting, and experience in advising on complex technical matters. Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and the ability to connect technical conclusions to operational outcomes are essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in process design, technology-enabled solutions, and be adept at leading client meetings and managing stakeholder expectations.
