Phlebotomist
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for its Roseburg, Oregon location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide patient services. The role operates Monday-Friday with potential weekend and overtime shifts, serving a diagnostic laboratory network.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood collection via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and related analyses
- Enter patient information accurately and maintain specimen information logs
- Prepare specimens for testing and process billing information
- Provide customer service and support administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating schedules
